hi, my phone can only open dji go v4.4.1.3, all other versions gives same error while opening it, "Unfortunately DJI GO has stopped working". (this version of dji go is very slow, plus crashing often.
)

i own dji spark, my phone is asus zenfone 6 with this spesification:

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience that you have faced. May I ask have you tried to use a different mobile device just to isolate the issue? and also try to uninstall an unnecessary application, what Android version do you have?

You can download all the versions of the DJI go app at apkmirror.
Then you need to enable installation from unknown sources on your device
And also disable auto updates in play market.

android v4.4.2
unfortunately i don't have another phone and my wife is on holiday
but, if the problem was related with my phone, i would not be able to install dji go v4.4.1.3, would i ?

Can’t you download the one that is working for you also there?

Try reset phone Android. Backup all data, and make factory reset. If still not working. you buy cheapest Android tablet with Android 5 or 6.

yes i can, but this version (4.4.1.3) is crashing often.

by the way , i noticed that other versions don't create DJI folder on my sd card after installation (or maybe DJI folder was created after opening DJI GO app, v4.1.3 )
