Hello,

I have 2 pairs of phantom 4 pro, and all videos are saved but no photos, on tablet or phone, only if it's connected to drones.

If I remove the lightingcable, there are only videos left,

I have tried both my iphone 7+ and ipad mini 4.

All firmwere are up to date.

It started after the latest app Dji 4.0 version 4.3.0 or the new 4.3.1

Any hint?

Try reinstalling the app, since that's when it started.

Please make sure that there is enough space on your mobile device, and remember to enable Auto Sync HD Photos. You can find this option when you connect the drone, RC and the app and go to the camera settings, kindly refer on the attachment below. The photos and videos in the APP are cached files, they are only low-res files, please check the original files on the SD card. Besides, you can also download the original images from the SD card via the APP, Go to the Editor when the drone is connected, then Album, click the Import icon, select On-Board SD, then you can select the images you need to download. Please let me know if you have other concern, thanks for your support.

Your app and mine do not look the same, see for yourself.
The photos and video on the SD-card are ok, but no photos on the phone or tablet (Cach)

I have exactly the same issue with a Spark which started with 4.3.0 also on iPhone 7 and iPad mini 4 ! Photos show up in flight records but not in album which is very annoying.

Tried re installing app on both devices but still no cached photos.

Then we are two at least, with the same problem

I’m having the same issue. I have a p4p and a iPad Air 2. It used to save every thing. Now it will only save the video. What happened to the pictures

When ever you want to reinstall the app, be sure to delete your internet cache and cookies, then reboot the device, before reinstalling your app.

How do you delete your internet cache and cookies on a Iphone 7+ and ipad 4 mini??

Re installing the app doesn’t fix it ! I installed app on iPhone 6s,7 and iPad

This option was removed on version 4.3.0 and with IOS there is no way of going back to that version unless someone can tell me how ?

If you open your Settings, then Safari, then in the right, scroll down to Advanced.
Now scroll down to Website Data...

Here you can delete the whole bunch...
