I have tried many time (6 times) to run the Assistant 2 for Mavic program, which downloaded from Dji official weblink to my Window 10 computer, it does not working. It runs to 24% then shows up error. Please advise.

Hi Danny, sorry for the difficulties on updating the firmware, may I verify if there is any error code when it fails? Did you try to update via the DJI Go 4 APP?
