You could do a perfect top view going up and rotating slowly

Or top view with building coming in frame from top and sliding to bottom with cars in frame both side

Stay away from roads using low level if they are busy.

Did you get an allowance for that shot or did you just take the risk?

True indeed. Things like power lines are also a problem. I rather tried to be up or at about the middle or the edge of top.

Good questions here. I did shot straight, knowing that there is a risk but being careful when planning my flight:

Top place to control
Away from power lines and trees
