I need to fly near a nuclear power station which according to DJI flysafe is a restricted area albeit highlighted in green, therefore no unlocking code is available. Flysafe suggests that these areas need unlocking but does not require an internet connection.

So, can I fly in this area or not?

What was the answer?

It does not need unlocking by DJI but I do need an exemption from the CAA
