So, a faulty drone crash, I’ve made a replacement request and it’s a bit different than the repairing process because in this case, there’s only three steps (pay, receive, shipment) I don’t recall paying, so if I haven’t, how do I pay?
I apologize for grammar, what I’ve meant to say was that I received my Mavic Pro Platinum, however it seemed faulty and smoke apeared from the gimbal which caused it to crash.
