Well, since we've faced so many problems with our M200, we should have expected issues with the batteries as well.

Our M200 was purchased with two pairs of TB55 batteries. About a month later (about 70 charge cycles each battery pair), an error started to appear all the time on our ipad. The voltage level on one battery was normal according to the flight time, while on the second battery the voltage level would drop down to 0%. The error message appearing was saying: "battery voltage difference too large. check battery status". It is worth mentioning that the overall battery voltage in this case drops to 0%, but when the battery status is checked, the cells have the correct values (in green color).

Contacted DJI about this and sent the batteries to the repair center in europe as instructed, while purchased two more TB55 pairs in order for us to be able to do our job. The batteries returned from the repair center with a statement saying there was nothing wrong with them and that we should update all our equipment to the latest firmware versions (which we always do).

The two first pairs of batteries presented the exact same behavior, while a month later, the two newer pairs did so as well.

Again contacted DJI and sent all equipment to the repair center in Europe (M200 with four pairs of TB55 batteries). It came back last week with two pairs of TB55 batteries, because as DJI said, the firmware on the aircraft and the batteries was not compatible for some reason and that they fixed it on our M200 and two battery pairs, but could not update it on the other two pairs, so they kept those.

Just did a flight this morning with the "repaired" aircraft and batteries. The exact same error message appeared on our screen.

I am not trying to say DJI is doing a bad job or anything, but we are seriously disappointed. None of the issues we have faced so far (and there are many) has been resolved and the usual reply we get is useless. The equipment purchased is expensive and the support of each company to its customers shows a lot. I hope and expect from DJI to find a solution asap and fix our issues, because we are not able to do our job and we are seriously considering dropping this equipment and going for another UAS manufacturer.

My question is, is there anybody from DJI capable of helping? Because apparently, in the repair center in Europe, there is none.

Hi there, you have our sincere apologies for the unpleasant experience with our repair center and the products, could you please post the previous case number here so that we can check more details for further support? Thank you in advance.
