Facebook will automatically recognize it as a 360.

There are many software packages, I use autopano, just take the pictures in raw or jpeg import into something like LR to edit, then just drag and drop into 360 SW and that’s it.

I think that you can also edit in FCPX.
Your question did mention how to get FB to detect.

Maybe don’t put so much emphasis on desktop, be a bit clearer, it makes no difference whether uploading form a desktop or a Laptop.

Cant work out why people feel the need to make a long video for a 5 second explanation.

You can upload to http://360facebook.com OR use "Exif-Fixer".
Both will generate the metadata needed.

Exactly, and your answer would have been different if i mentioned both laptop and desktop computers?

Agree, the short answer here is, you need to modify the exif in order to trick facebook to believe the pano is from a "pano device"

Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. If you're going to upload it to facebook from your desktop it should automatically recognize the 360 pano image, however, if it's not then it should be under facebook settings. Thank you for the understanding.
