Having had a number of issues with the Osmo+ That myself and my wife bought 1 year ago we are now faced with a completely dead device, we bought the device in Iran where my wife is from, and have left there now and will not be returning anytime soon, we work as videographers, on the road quite a lot, we use many other dji devices and have a mavic pro with whatvseems like dead pixels on the sensor, but thats for another thread,suffice to say we are extremely disappointed overall with this Osmo+ when it worked it was great, we mainly used it for stable slow mo shots.
I have no idea what we should do now as it is sitting here completely dead, i cleaned the contacts as suggested in another thread, tried different batteries and nothing works, please can someone advise me on the best course of action as we are not rich and rely on income from work we do with our cameras, this device was a snice addition toniur kit but its now dead. Many thanks in advance for advice as to what we should do, very stressed here. |
