Iron King Mine Part 3 shows the area from a different view that was contaminated.  

  

  A little History:  

  

The Iron King Mine operated from the late 1800s until the early 1960s and was a periodically active mine for gold, silver, copper, lead and zinc.

  

The place was neat to look at but we made sure we were a good distance from it since the  EPA listed the site on the Superfund program’s National Priorities List (NPL) in 2008.  Has cyanide, levels of arsenic and lead in soils due to erosion from tailings,

  

    Hope you enjoy looking at the area and not too concerned with video quality.

I am not good at color grating. I have a slight color deficiency and don't do well with colors. I try to let the editing software do it for me, All videos after that looks good to me .

I kind of like Cyberlink Power Director 16 because it is so easy to use.  It has so many ways of making the perfect video . Like Magic movie wizard, Magic cut, Magic Fix and Magic styles. Comes with lots of Titles, Transitions, and PiP. Can also do voice overs and does some color grading.
I also use Davinci Resolve but find Cyberlink a bit easier to work with.

It is one of those things you have to see from above. From the ground it looks like eroded ditches and polluted ponds.

That blood looking pond is highly toxic. The land around the whole site was completely removed down to 4 feet and filled back in with good soil.  Some of the residents did return but a lot didn't. Will be posting the 4th and last video on the area in the near future.

Thanks for the comment. It was my wife's idea to put them in. I let Cyberlink do the work in making the cuts and adding the transitions. Part 4 is already done so there will be more then a few transitions to see.
