Last time I was flying regularly it was recommended as - 1 0 0. Something to do with noise reduction causing problems at 0 or above on sharpness.
What's the latest settings we are using?

I use +1 -1 0 and my footage looks great without noticeable noise. People are scared of sharpness but I think these cameras need it.
