I'm trying to download the latest safety update to my mavic air but it fails everytime.  Now I'm getting:
"Air Encoder Error (0x4), Aircraft Updating.  Check for upgrade completion on DJI GO Homepage."  What does this mean and is there a way to do this download hardwired or is this update only done wirelessly?

I was able to get the download within 20-30 minutes of writing that post.  I just tried a couple more times and it worked.  Good luck.

I have done the update with DJI assistant on my Mac. Had no problems.

Hi, I would like to ask if you're having the same problem? If yes, may we know what specific drone do you have?  Did you manage to update your aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2? Please let us know the latest progress for further assistance. Thank you for continued support.
