Can't run a Custom RTMP live broadcast to Periscope while using an Android as the bitrate being received is always 10Mbps while Periscope Producer's Max bitrate is 3Mbps. I have tried with a Samsung Galaxy S7 & S8+. Same issue.

This is not a problem with iPhones as the received broadcast is below Periscope Producer's max bitrate of 3Mbps.

Currently using DJI Go v3.1.43

I really need the OM2 to be able to broadcast to Periscope while using Android phones.

Can DJI please assist.
