Absolutely, so true so true, we might have gotten the winds you had last week then, around 21 m/s at the moment, don't think I will get my AC for a spin right now

The winds were very fast last week - we actually had a storm with a couple of fatalities though can't complain when compared to other areas of the world. Fingers crossed it passes soon - wind speeds are 3mph here now I'm pleased to say.

Great shots CW, especially love No.1. Love the colours. Have to say we are damned lucky with the weather this week. Have been out every morning so far, shame I have my holiday this week instead of last week.

I'm speechless. Have a safe flight always.

Yes, work in progress.
Looking much better than before
We replaced a lot of old (and bad) wood for nice new red cedar, also fitting the style of the house better with some milled edges that were used back in 1931 when building the house.
The flat roofs were in much worse shape then expected and have been completely rebuilt from the beams up with new wood, isolation an much better drainage then before.
All the new wood got 2 layers of primer and a lot of the old wood has been painted also.
The carpenter is ready now, so I can continue where he stopped (the budget totally evaporated, so I have to do some things myself )
We also started with some projects at work, so time is scarce these days
