Tried to install the New remote update and i have the red blinking of death. I tried everything i found in forums.

I will not send the remote to factory cause i only have 5 days left here at vacation...

No WiFi and i just drove 50km for a OTG cable it's still not working... The remote is not been recordnized by phone or tablet as USB...
Today we are at the best waterfall spot in croatia.

i had the bricked remote too. only possible solution for me was to send it to dji. hope you will still be able to enjoy your holiday. dont let madness about dji ruin it.

Has to be the 0.0600 update he is finally getting around to.
It was the only firmware in recent times that bricked the controller.

I know it is pricey but get another Spark controller since you are on vacation and might not get the chance to go back there again.
That is what I would do in your shoes.

Hi, Sorry to know about that. Could you please try to hold the power button of your aircraft for at least 9 seconds and check again if you can locate the wi-fi of your RC? Please keep us posted.

I just find the Spark on WiFi after pressing 9sec but not the RC.

I flow today without remote in short range and with warnings of low signal.

Sorry for the confusion. I mean did you try to do the holding procedure on your RC as well to see if you could reset the wi-fi as well?

I'm back in germany now...
Without RC i nearly lost my Spark to the sea when i lost connection to the tablet.
I could rescure it by jumping into the sea.....

For sure i tried the holding procedure with the RC.
It is also not possible to connect to the RC with dji assistant 2 on my home PC.
So what shall i do now?

What is the update with your RC? Was it replaced or repaired?

Just came home from vacation and trying to fix it somehow...
