...flew perfectly!

Went out to 1000m with completely stable video feed
Hovered without any drift
Several auto flight functions tested
No disconnections at any time

Combined Function key & gimbal wheel controls exposure setting - very useful!

I updated to the new firmware, although the only issue I had before was active track weirdness.  I have experienced two problems.  Not sure if anyone else sees this.  On take off, the Mavic Air does a weird yaw I have to correct for.  No big deal, it flies fine after take off.  The biggest issue I have had was a complete controller disconnect, right over my head at 125ft.  I literally had to turn off the controller and restart it to gain control again.  I never, in 8 months of flying, had that issue before.  Comments?

First time poster and first time DJI user, today I finally opened my brand new Mavic Air, downloaded the latest DJI Go4 app,  connected everything, and it prompted me to download the latest firmware update, and here is the thing, it only updated the Aircraft and not the controller as shown on the DJI tutorial, is it possible that the controller did not need the firmware update ?

I guess my controller didn’t need or was already up to date with the firmware, I had my first flight today without any problems, flew it in beginner mode, will do that till I get used to it.
