     Which Phantom did you buy?  There are specific necessities for each Phantom.  Does your remote controller have a built in screen?  These are the + (plus) variety.  The non-plus versions require an iOS or Android device.  The device should be fairly new and good for gaming.  Gaming and flying DJI drones have similar demands like good video and lots of processor speed and RAM.  Can you provide us with some more information?  We can then give you the link for the manual.  Reading the manual is very helpful in getting off the ground.
