Hi guys

Can anyone advise and help me regarding the attached picture I took earlier today in the Lake District camping site

I wanted to fly high and take a shot of the Camping sites area and be able to post it to them but the picture quality was absolutely rubbish so I didn’t bother telling them and was quite embarrassed at the quality

Can anyone help me as this has happened more than once

What settings have I got wrong as it’s driving me nuts?

Picture attached which shows how grainy it was

Where are you taking that picture from, your best quality will be from your sd card.

The picture must be from a phone. The drone can not produce them in such a small and poor quality.

All photos and videos are being taken/recorded onto the micro SD card contained in the Mavic Air

The photo you see is the one I noticed in the dji App 4 when I was looking in the Editor and in photos

Could that be the cause? I haven’t yet downloaded them from the actual Mavic as of yet

Hi, I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Just to clarify, may I know if this image was from your device? If yes, can you please try to reset your camera settings? Also, can you please try to check your images from your SD card and let's see if you will get the same problem. Thank you.

Yes, the photos AND videos recorded to the SD card on the AC are MUCH better than anything cashed through the app - don't worry.

If you haven’t transferred them from your SD card, then the ones you are looking at in the DJI editor are low resolution clones. The actual images will be recorded on the SD card at whatever resolution you set your camera at.

Pictures were far better when I uploaded them onto the computer
