Going up there tomorrow with limited time.  So just want to know

1) are there any Mt Etna restrictions for drone flying ?

2) where is the best place to fly, is it possible to reach high enough to peek into the high crater?  Any tips or cautions?

I am thinking of taking the cable car and then 4x4 buses to the highest possible access level, from Refugio Sapienza, are there better alternatives, unfortunately, no time to walk or hike.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding your concern, I would recommend checking the location here https://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-map if it's safe or allowed to fly there. Since some of the locations have a restriction flying an Aircraft. Fly safely. Cheers!
