I noticed that the standard combo of the Inspire 2 (which includes the X4S) has been 'out of stock' in the UK for ages too on the DJI website and none of the UK official DJI resellers that I know sell the X4S anymore.

what will be the replacement for the X4S for aerial mapping?

We map with the X7.  The downside is that is reduces the flight time down to around 17 minutes.  The upside is way better pictures.

Which lens are you using?
