i recently bought the mavic air, and i love it,

but i have a small issue with it,

everytime i fly, few hours later the pictures i took with the aircraft comes to my phone in a very bad quality and when i delete them, they comes back fews hours later. and it stop when i delete them 3 to 4 times.

am i the only one who have this issue ? can i disable this ?

my phone is running on android 5.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience. Regarding with your concern, I would recommend giving a try to format your SD card or try to use a different SD card just to isolate the issue and please keep us posted whenever you're able to try it. Thanks!

Hi, is it the map cache_image where they are in? That's the map with pictures the dji go app uses as preview in your records.

Is de map cache_image waar die foto's in staan? Die map word gebruikt door je dji go app, als je in het gedeelte record ben, om als voorbeeldje te zijn. Je kan daar je gemaakte foto's terug zien.
