Hi everyone

Just dug my phantom 4 out of the garage after being stored for 10 months.

I have three questions,

1) my phone is a samsung s7 edge ready latest samsung software and when collected and open the dji app the phone reboots everytime the app is open.

2) how do i manually check my software versions for the handset and drone and app?

3) what is the latest versio  should i be using?

Hi, sorry for the troubles that it caused. I would like to ask if you've tried to uninstall and re-install the application? Changing the mobile device would be a good option as well to easily isolate the issue. The information about the version of app and drone as well as the RC is located at the "About" message using the DJI GO 4 app. However, the latest firmware should be at  v2.00.0700 for aircraft and v1.9.3.0 for RC. Please keep us posted on the latest result. Thank you for the support.
