HHello, why is it when I shoot landscape the sky comes out white? I am shooting in manual modeany help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to change the ISO or the Shutter. The sky in this photo is overexposed.

Different exposures are needed for the sky and the ground. A single exposure will rarely give a correct overall result. If you can take multiple exposures at different values then combine them, the subsequent HDR image will give good exposure for sky and ground. Phantoms can take the images automatically when set up in AEB. Combining  them I always use Aurora, and Photo shop but there are a number of free programs will also do it for you.

I believe iso was 100 shutter speed 65ish was dusk not sure on the shutter speed though. But I seem to run into this often.

To expand on embayweather's post, you need to take a few photos at different exposures (I think AEB does this on the Spark). Then put the photos into an HDR program and out pops a picture that's exposed properly all over. A free program I downloaded is easyHDR BASIC 2 but I haven't tried it out yet.

Looks like the sun is low in this picture also. Try shooting earlier in the day with more direct sunlight. If the sun is low then don't face it, shoot away from the sun.
