Hi,
Yesterday, my drone crashed after a communication error just after taking off then it tried to land but as I was on a top of a castle it missed the landing zone and while it was going down it hurted some trees to finally finish its course on the floor .....
It was at  maybe max 10 meters to me when this communication error happened.

The propellers were broken and one of the glass of the sensor is missing.
It has few scratches, but the biggest problem is the gimbal which is in overloaded status.
I can still make photo or video set some settings but cannot move it.
When the drone is powered on, the gimbal is moving on all directions.
My phone is a galaxy S9+.

it flew perfectly few hours before without this communication error.
Should I open a case to Dji ?
As I bought it directly to them.
Should it be send to China ??
And how long it will take to get it back fixed ?

First thing to do is to open a claim with DJI.

As stated above open a support claim with DJI, they will send you a shipping label for return to Holland repair centre and the process is generally very quick and very easy. Good luck and hopefully you'll be back flying shortly.
