Will i be able to ship this back to DJI for a replacement/repair? I'm unable to press the button for it to turn on.
I have DJI Care Refresh, and I'm also sending back my drone for a repair.
If I am able to ship the battery, will it be covered by DJI Care Refresh, so I only pay the replacement fee of $79 AUD (including replacement of drone + propellers)?

Please help me out, thank you!

Hello and good day. Thank you for inquiry. All of the DJI Sparks parts that will be sent in will be replaced under the DJI Care Refresh plan that you have including the battery once you sent it in.

Just wanted to make sure that it wasn’t considered as leaking, punctured, swollen or seriously damaged? Is that right?
