If it is: I like the filters from Polar Pro. It's a bundle with ND 4/8/16. They have a PL included. But for me it's nearly impossible to use the PL properly on a drone. But the nd filters do a great job.
Polar Pro, easily. Everything else is BS. Polar Pro throws serious money into their engineering. Other bandwagon filter makers are all speculative through imitation.

I use cellophane, bang for buck the best filters going around. I used to use potato skins but they introduce too much grain and are inconsistent across the frame.
