So I recently crashed my DJI and now the GPS and compass have completely stopped working.  Everytime I start my Phantom 1.1.1 I get the blinking yellow lights meaning its ready to fly without GPS.  is there a way to diagose if its the compass or the gps board.

hook it up to the naza software and find out

You need to do a basic and advanced IMU calibration. After that do a compass calibration and try it again.

Also check the Mod readings in Assistant. If the calibration does not bring them into normal range let me know.

I have the same problem for a client. What are normal readings??

Hello Dave,
I'm constantly having a serious trouble with the Mod # on my Phantom 1. No matter where I try, in or out doors, it always is above 3600. I did tried rotating a magnet in an open yard and I could take it as down as 1200 wich is great, full of green blinking lights ready to flight. But as soon as I do any kind of move of the aircraft -or unplug the battery- the level goes up to 3600 or more, again.

Please I really need help here, since I can't flight safely for the last month.

You are referring to the compass mod yes?

If so, replace it.  They are not expensive.
