I have a Mavic pro. After a crush. I have a black screen on my phone.
The issue is that the drone can record video and take picture, i can see it on my phone, but i dont have live view.
If it touch the screen of my phone, the behavier is like the drone trying to get focus.
I calibrate everything, i update the firmware of the control, and the drone, i re installed de app on my phone. I have formar the sd
I can drive my drone with the controller, but the screen is still black.
Someone to help me?

Hi there, sorry for the trouble caused. May I know what's the exact model of your phone? Please try to re-link your remote controller to the aircraft. Also, may I know what happened before it crashed? Thanks.

Have you tried using other phone or tablet?

Hi Natalia, Thanks for answering.
Yes my phone is Huawei GW, i was using it without any problem. Yes re-link was of the first troubleshooting that i tried.
I was on the beach, recording, and when the drone start to land, it did it very close to a palm tree and one of the propeller get stuck with the leaf.
I tried with another phone, RC and Wifi, I don´t know what else to do.

Hi Ryan, yes I tried with a new phone. RC and Wifi too

You need to downgrade your app version and you will have live view again.
Download from apkmirror. Good stable version for Mavic Pro is 4.1.15. Try that one, it should work 100%
Disable app auto updates.
Enable installation from unknown sources on your device.
And just make sure to never update the app again on that device.

Hello and good day Markkus. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Mavic Pro. I understand that the drone crashed before and you have tried different troubleshooting steps to fix the said issue but with no avail. Since the drone crashed before the best thing you need to do is to contact DJI Support at https://www.dji.com/support for further analysis and repair on the drone. Thank you.
