i tried to check with the support from FB but they said you have to send it to china and maybe you need to pay for the fixing !!

I see on google maps coordinates that you were flying between or near big highrise buildings, also see message obstacle avoide revise route. I believe you flew in direction of an obstacle , route was revised and crashed into another obstacle. Did you fly against a building?  Or was there strong wind ?

I was between two buildings that's correct but the aircraft start to move to the building by it self so I tried to revise the distinction but it keeps moving  till it  crashed

Seems also you don’t have many satelites showing between 7-9 , might be that you lost position due to not enough satelites.

It's HW flute the flight duration is less than 20sec

hi bikoo - i feel for your you - that is heavy damage, sorry to hear about it. Unfortunately it looks to me like the pilot made a bunch of errors and it appears mostly likely to me that the crash was due to pilot error rather than a dji fault. i noticed that your home point updated only after you had taken off - this means that preflight calibrations process was not complete and is often results in a crash - also as mentioned your satelites connections were too low. my sympathies for your situation.

Yes it looks indeed that you took off too early. I really hope you have dji care refresh

Yep looks like pilot error, but you have learned the hard way that you should do your pre take off checks and avoid incidents like this in future.

Man, that really sucks. Sorry to see your M2P wrecked like that... I do agree with the others that from what has been posted it looks like this was user error. hopefully you have DJI Care Refresh and can walk out of it and only be out $120 or so. Which still sucks but could be worse.

Wow, that is tough luck and a hard lesson to learn. Hope you are back in the air in due course, so do send it in to DJI for repair.

Sorry to hear that, such thing really sucks, I can imagine how you feel as I also crashed my M2P three weeks ago, pure pilot error.  was on a hill surrounded by trees.  flew it back and only watched the map instead of camera.

- coming home too low (1st mistake, ignored display altitude, trusted only on my experience lol).
- coming home from the side (2nd mistake, trusted the green line coming home, ignored that on the side were trees, trusted it is directly in front of me), then crashed into the trees (obstacle avoidance did not work guess because no leaves on the trees)

gimbal and front arm broken.  luckily I found the M2P in deep and steep forest, took me almost 1 hours to find it, thanks to GPS in M2P.

Gave it to repair, will receive it back this week, costs around 400 bucks. luckily a great drone repair store is Zurich, Switzerland, very professional.  should get it back this week.

I learned my lesson: never rush, take your time, check your systems, check camera, always know where your drone is, keep altitude, when returning home watch camera when flying, watch map only when you stand still, check if there are obstacles. And again, don't get negligent when flying a drone, I did several mistakes and those combined ended in a crash.

was probably getting erroneous position due to gps multipathing off the buildings...

Yes i am really sorrow for that huge damage You encountered with, but much more i am upset that still such things happen with DJI equipment, especially Mavic 2, which we were promised should be super-puper reliable.
