I have purchased 2 phantom 4s. One was lost. The other flies great but my old remotes would not stay charged. I just purchased the same model remote GL300C. It connects to my DJI app but thinks it is a Phantom 4 advanced controller and will not link to the Phantom 4.

HOW DO I FIX THIS????

I have tried everything.

Have you tried changing controller type, its in the app? i forget where but prob under then controller icon?

Hi rchan, if it is the P4A RC, you can connect with App and change it from here: Remote Controller Settings>Advanced Settings>Remote Controller Type(Phantom 4). Then link RC and see whether it works.
