Hi Folks, #since to day i have massive issues with the DJI go 4 app. Every couple of minutes an error shows up " failed to get your profil" so i signed out and in again same issue. EVen removeing the app and downloading on the App store didnt solve the problem. Firmware Version etc are normal and up to date. Anyones got the same Problem?

Are you connected to the internet? Because usually failed to get your profile appears when you have no internet connection and it’s completely normal.

I have just checked my Remote Control - Mavic 2 Pro - Batteries and my iPad Pro 11.5" and I do not have any problem.

Have you just update iOS? I hear there's a bug which is preventing mobile data in apps from working correctly.
Don't update! iOS 12.1.1 brings a critical mobile data-killing bug

I tried in the wifi environments at home... still the issue... everything else is working normal mobile data etc...
