I went into my story and tried to Edit some clips.
When I selected a few of the videos it said 4K video not supported   I’m using a iPhone X that is up to date. And the Osmo pocket is up-to-date.

Has anyone trie on Android? I have a feeling this might be an "Apple" issue and not a DJI one

It must be a DJI device problem. Apple already sold so many phones and pads, why the DJI guys haven't tested this feature and found the root cause of the problem...
They should really have another way to transfer the videos. I have the memory card formatted using OSMO Pocket and the MacBook cannot recognize it.
No idea how to get the video out... it sucks...

Hi cytosine56, please check my post in 6# about the edit issue.
For the SD card, may I verify the model of your SD card? How did you connect to your MacBook? Via the SD card reader or the Type C cable?

Thanks for the reply.

The SD card model is "SanDisk Extreme microSDXC UHS-I(V30)(A2)" and formatted with OSMO Pocket.
I have the card in a USB 2.0 SD card reader and another convert for USB 2.0 type A to USB 3.0 type C connected to the MacBook.
Once the device connected to MacBook, the system pops up a warning because the system cannot recognize the file system of the SD card.

Following are some information that I checked with diskutil and fdisk command:

The result of "diskutil list":
/dev/disk2 (external, physical):
   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER
   0:                                                   *2.0 MB     disk2

The result of "fdisk -d"
32768,249704448,0x07,*,2,10,9,1023,254,63
0,0,0x00,-,0,0,0,0,0,0
0,0,0x00,-,0,0,0,0,0,0
0,0,0x00,-,0,0,0,0,0,0

I still have some 4k videos needs to be transferred out. Hoping this problem can be solved soon.

Could you please try to connect Osmo Pocket to your computer via the Type-C cable at the bottom of the handle to see if it works?
