Not been able to sync flight logs now for three months,  only logged in to one computer.

Any ideas?

As of the moment our DJI R&D Team is still working on it, and our engineers have been aware of this issue, and they are working to fix it as soon as possible. Can you PM me?  I've got more info that I need to pass along but it has to do with log on accounts and passwords that I'd rather not post

I don't see a pm.  I can log in via my phone with my email address: msccapt@hotmail.com.   But I cant log into the go4 app on my ipad with the same account info. ( after I log off from my phone)
