My top motor on the Ronin s only works when I auto tune only.  If I just turn on the Ronin s without doing the auto tune the top motor in in active....side motors ok.  Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi Jasy383, sorry to hear that, by the top motor, are you referring to the Tilt axis? If yes, please check if you turned off the Smoothtrack of Tilt axis in the APP? In this case, the axis will not react to the operator's movement without a remote operator.If I misunderstood your issue, please share us a short video of it for further support, thank you.
