So out of the blue on my brand new MA only 9 flights no crashes I’m getting gimbal overload error and chip critical over heat and the fan on the drone won’t turn on

fan is not turning on and overheating i think are biggest clues to the failure.   i suggest taking it back to the store if you and getting a replacement/exchange.

Tbh might just have to replace it. That just seems like a defective aircraft and an awful lot of errors, i dont think you would be able to fix every single one individually

It should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty if the drone is defective through no fault of your own.  No need to use your DJI care refresh!

I ended up just exchanging the drone for a new one how would I change my refresh to the new one
