Can someone let me know the height of the Osmo with the X5 mounted?  I am waiting for mine to come and need to find some type of bag/case for it to carry on plate as personal item.

hmmm... harder then I thought to get I guess.  Does anyone have a sling bag os some type of softer type bag to fit?

You gonna need 12" long bag. I'm using soft pouch which comes with DeWalt cordless drill, with a plenty of extra space for whatever else.
