Will US licenses (Part 107) be adiquate for US drone pilots flying in Canada. US drivers licenses, pilots licenses and even boating licenses transfer over.
Yes and I just got a Mavic 2 Zoom. I will be doing the advanced exam. Want it or not you are piloting an aircraft you have to know what you are doing to some extent. Same as driving a motor vehicule, you need a license.

to some extent yes, but not to what the flowering bureaucracy can invent - that is real disaster. More and more clouds over our small birds

The basic exam is 35 questions and the required grade is 65%, nothing impossible to achieve with a little reading. On the other hand the advanced exam is 50 questions and requires 80% grade, kind of serious.

You are right, 35 questions and 65% is not too bad, but it would be nice to have a guide to study for the exam.

Hi, can you keep us posted after you complete the exam? Thanks.
What a piece of cake are these Drone rules ..... Look what i've just found on Youtube - selfmade turboplanes in Russia. What rules do this hobby follow?

No problem, it will take a bit of time. I have to revise courses I have taken and perhaps do one more. The advanced exam seems to be serious stuff.
