Done 410 000 ft (125km) aprox in 8 months.
The altitude is indicated as above sea level.
The Spark is one of the best "toys" I bought for sure.
Just love it.
Once one has sorted out which App version to run on your smart phone it is only a pleasure to fly.
Had one potential fly away and no craches to date.
Fly safely

So Which version are you running? I've had connectivity problems with the OTG and android.

4.2.12 on Android Samsung J5 and OTG cable. (low end phone)
Did some tweaks on the  phone to remove un-needed Apps and use exclusively for the Spark.

Yeah, got to love the little Spark! Which reminds me, I so need to defy the (somewhat) cold weather and fly the little miracle soon!

As 62+ mentioned. Your altitude is NOT a total of all vertical distance, instead it's just the highest level above sea level you've flown.

Ok let me see if i can explain this alittle better, i live on a small island Barbados which is at sea level the highest point being 1100ft give or take a few, no matter where i go to fly at sea level or the highest point my TOP ALTITUDE does not change , do you understand now ?

I see... and I LOVE Barbados! I've actually taken the bus from Bridgetown over to Bathsheba so I understand now that in the middle of the island you SHOULD be much higher than on the beach. Unless DJIs mapping system just lists all of Barbados as the same height. Strange. I wonder where the DJI app is pulling it's altitude information from? Can I assume you have service on you phone over the entire island?

BTW, please list your youtube channel if you have one. I'd love to see more drone footage from Barbados.

Yes we have have island cellular coverage , I dont know whats up with the software but i wont let it stop me from flying

Yes it is to the best of my knowledge. It reflects elevation above sea level though.
