I've completed the firmware update to include all 3 batteries.  
App 4.3.12 (IOS)
Aircraft 01.00.0300
Remote 01.00.0300

Yet when I open Waypoints and create a few, I'm unable to save and get the message "Failed to save task, please try again."
I've power cycled all devices with no luck.  I've even looked through the ios settings and nothing seem to impact this issue.  Any help would be GREAT.

I had the same thing happen. I uninstalled the GO4 app and reinstalled. Worked for me on an Ipad 2018 and it even kept all the settings (for a change).
