I ordered the Ronin S in December but just took it out of the box yesterday. After getting it all set up, I found that the focusing wheel was not connected to my 5D Mark III. I updated to the latest firmware and the wheel still does not work with the camera, but now the record button doesn't work either. What to do?

Hi wook, sorry for the late response, may I verify if the issue persists? Which cable are you using? RSS-IR or MCC-mini? Please make sure settings are correct as below picture shows.
