My first drone and I’m blown away by how capable the Mavic Pro 2 is. Getting the hang of it now but it just opens up so many possibilities and different views I never thought would be so interesting. Was shooting some pictures for work and thought I’d take my drone up to test out a different view.

Had I known about the Mavic-2, I would have gotten it, but got the Mavic Pro Platinum and it a lot to learn,, think I would have enjoyed the Mavic-2 much more for a first timer.  Photo is nice - height

Ah yes I should put some more details. I was doing a product shoot for work and using someone on a paddle board with a new product. It was in the U.K. at a place called freshwater on the Isle of Wight. I had the drone with me and decided i would take some shots for personal use. First time I had no filter on and the water looked a bit murky, so swapped for a polarised lens which let me see through the water more. Looking forward to using it more when summer comes.

I lived on the Isle of Wight for about 6 months while doing some volunteer work. That is a beautiful place! The south coast is gorgeous! When I lived there Ventnor was a quaint place to visit -- but, that's been 20 years ago. Haven't been back since; I wonder how much has changed.

Did you get shots of the Needles?

I don’t think much has changed in the last 20 years really. Some different shops and food places and that’s about it. I guess thats a good thing though so it’s not spoiled.
I’m waiting for the right weather to do the needles as it’s been very windy and out there it gusts a lot so hopefully I’ll get a good day at somepoint.

That's actually really cool to hear. I want to take my wife there soon. She's never been to England. If you do end up taking more photos/vids of IOW, I'd love to see them.

Thanks for sharing!

Nice - I know that you will enjoy all the things the MP2 can do for you. I had mine just over 2 months and still find something new every day I fly. Oh and I might have to start the drone addict support group. Or the orphans and widows of drone owners group for family. I can't get enough.
