Hi guys,
back in December i posted this thread: https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... p;page=1#pid1699345
It is a video with Spark footage and the last cut in the video is the crash where my Spark was pretty much damaged.
As a lot of you were curious what will happen after opening a ticket with DJI Support, here is the story.
- opened the ticket on December 28, 2018
- i was able sending the drone to DJI (as no official presence in my country) on january 22, 2019 (this is the date when it actually was delivered to DJI)
- damage assesed on March 6, 2019
It took a while since the drone arrived until the damage was assesed. I was waiting patiently
Then it was the surprise: an email received from DJI Support on March 6, saying:
================================
Dear Customer, After testing and diagnosing your product, DJI will provide you with the free repair service. The repair is expected to be finished in 2 to 3 working days, then the product will be sent back to you. ======================================= - today, March 7, i already received the Tracking# for the shipment. I was pretty sure the crash was NOT a pilot error. And it seems it wasn't. soooo... Thank You DJI Support!
Happy Flying
