Has anyone out there lost total commication failure with there MA drone, ehile using the remote controller and thus the MA did not return to its home location take off point.


This happened to me a week ago and couldnt locate through the dji app at its last known location, its like it just disappeared.

With regards to that, I would suggest reaching out one of our support channels, for them to provide assistance and have a data analysis. This will serve as an investigation to find out what could be the possible cause. As long as your Aircraft is under the warranty time frame, they can make you a request for data analysis. As DJI Gamora mentioned, its probably a good idea to open a support ticket with DJI and supply them with your logs from your phone to see if they can provide any assistance.

Also, if you are looking for assistance from the community here, it may be useful for you to provide a bit more background on the flight and the behavior you saw.  Were you recording at the time and have a cached video from your phone you could share?  Also, you can upload your log to the following site and then paste the resulting URL back here to see if anybody can identify anything out of the normal or be able to provide some guidance on where to potentially look for it.

Thanks for all the replies people, I am now chatting with DJI directly hopefully they can see something has gone wrong on the data logs.

This is the data from the flight when my MA went MIA with lost connection. anyone able to help to decipher this would be great.
