Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. With regards to your concern may I ask have you tried to calibrate your compass prior to your flight? And how about flying in a different location? Also since you mention you've changed the landing gear, you can give a try to refresh the firmware of the Aircraft using the DJI Assistant 2 on your computer then do a Compass calibration.
