I am a newbie.  I have successfully updated the drone, but I repeatedly get Update failure with the controller.  When I click retry, it keeps saying failure and I have to close the program to dtart all over again.  I am using a Mac with Assistant 2  Please help!!

There is a dedicated assistant 2 for the Mavic 2p, on the download page, however if you have updated the mavic then stands to reason the controller should also work. Is the battery above 50% as this can also stop an update. I am sure the rest of the chaps will chip in with good advice too.

Have you tried just doing it on your phone in DJI Go 4?

When you connect the controller open network connections and check that your ethernet adapter is higher in the order than the DJI Network connector.
