Hello

I've charged my new Osmo Mobile 2 several times and it still shuts off within seconds of turning it on. I've followed the online tutorial, connected my iphone and paired via blue tooth, but because it turns off within seconds, it loses the connection. I connect update firmware because it won't stay on.
