   I seem to have lost the ability to draw round an object whilst using the Mimo app so that my Pocket can track it. Face tracking still works if using the Pocket on its own, but not through the app. So, no tracking whatsoever through the app, any ideas?

Hi, we're sorry to know about this situation. We would like to confirm that you have to draw a box on the application to possibly track the object/person? May we know what specific object are you trying to track? Would it be possible if you could provide us a short video of this situation? Have you tried to use the Osmo Pocket only to track this said object? You may refer to our video tutorial for active tracking using the Osmo Pocket and the DJI Mimo as well. Please keep us posted on the latest progress.

Hi, when I draw the box around an object, it draws the box, but does nothing. I'll see if I can get a video of it
