I purchased a smart controller 10 days ago and it tell me to update the firmware. I tried wirelessly and it would download but not upload. Contacted support who got me to DJI assistant 2 on my Mac and hooked up the smart controller. While it was downloading, service and I thought it would work, so he got off of the phone. When the download got to 99% it stopped and gave me a red download failed. Tried it 2 other times with same results. What do I do?

Hi there, sorry for the troubles on updating the firmware of the Smart Controller, firstly, please make sure the power of the Smart Controller is over 50%, then remove the SD card to download and update again.
