Again having problems with the DJI online form to unlock an "authorization zone" ...all information has been completed correctly, yet still receiving the following message "

There is an error in the information verification. Please ensure that the application information you submitted is correct and valid".

This project is to film some aerials of the Inverness Caledonian FC team on the pitch at Hampden Park next Friday / Saturday morning before the Scottish Cup Semi Final v Hearts.

If someone at DJI could get back to me as soon as possible please, this is the third time now that this form hasn't worked when applying for comercial work.
