Hi all.

i purchased a 2nd hand mavic air today.

i can return it but im trying hard not to, if i can resolve the issue myself.

basically when i take off, the video feed becomes extremely poor and after approximately 5 meters drops out almost completely. I also own a spark, which has no issues flying in the same area. i still retain control of the drone and the phone says i have a full signal. i am using the controller also. ive literally tried everything i can think of, which includes:

new cable, another new cable, firmware upgrade, and downgrade, factory restore of the drone, reconnecting the controller to the drone, calibrating everything, a different phone changing over to 2.4ghz and probably a ton of other stuff.

the drone actually flies ok when i connect my phone directly to it via wifi, the range is obviouly limited obviously but only what you'd expect, which has partly made me suspect its a controller issue.

any advice on what i could try next, before sending it back would be appriciated!
